Diet is a nutrition program rather than weight loss. This should never be forgotten. Even if your body mass index is within the normal values, a healthy diet allows both your body and your brain chemistry to function better.
The most important and noteworthy condition in diet programs is to ensure adequate nutrition. Skipping meal, staying hungry can never be a sort of diet. As you cannot lose weight in this way, you cause many body functions to be impaired since you do not nourish yourself adequately.
Although diet programs vary from person to person, the most appropriate diet for our general anatomy is protein-based diet.
Of course carbohydrate intake should be, but at low levels. Because carbohydrate intake raises the level of insulin in your body. This causes both fat to accumulate and your hunger feeling to increase as your blood sugar increases. Therefore, low carbohydrate diets are the fastest and most appropriate method of weight loss.
